— description
- Over the course of three months, we will design and build your path to joy after cancer treatment.
- I’ll send you my Joy Project Guidebook that offers prompts and exercises at each stage and serves as a one-stop document to store all of our work together.
- Month #1: we’ll start with your life + work right now—what’s working (more of that please 😉), what isn’t and any obstacles you see in your ideal path to joy. Together, we’ll design a series of small, low risk experiments for you to test your potential joy expanders.
- Month #2: I’ll help you assess your experiments and incorporate the successful ones into your life + work—while designing another round of micro joy experiments. We’ll also discuss the impact cancer has had on your mindset and whether that’s a change you want to embrace or rework.
- Month #3: After reviewing your second round of joy experiments, we’ll identify the critical parts of your personal Joy Map—the people, activities, ideas and work that make you feel alive, meaningful and joyful.
— benefits

- A jolt of “I can do this” confidence when you need it most.
- My personal guarantee: if at the conclusion of our first call you feel that you didn’t get the value you expected, simply let me know and I’ll refund 100% of your money.
— getting started
